Shipping policy

We have a 30-day no hassle return policy. If you are not satisfied with your item, please return it within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund.

Processing time includes order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24~36 hours after the order is placed.

All products qualify for free shipping with tracking information. 

Shipping time is around 15~30 business days for all the countries. There may be delays during the current Covid-19 period.
